The improvement of the social welfare of Lankaran State University employees is also kept in the center of attention. For this purpose, the First Aid room at LSU operates. Here, doctors provide medical and therapeutic services to students and professors/teaching staff in case of any discomfort. The University also provides reproductive health services, psychological counseling and ensures the general well-being of its students and staff through access to comprehensive medical care at the University's medical facility.
A cooperation agreement was signed between Lankaran State University and Lankaran District Central Hospital in areas of activity that provide mutual interests. According to the agreement, Lankaran District Central Hospital agreed to provide medical services to LSU employees under favorable conditions. The primary goal of this collaboration is to ensure student/faculty access to medical services and facilitate access to quality health care procedures for those in need. At the same time, LRYMX employees organize medical educational seminars for students at LSU.
In addition, LSU strictly enforces a no-smoking policy in its buildings, including dormitories, to create a safe and comfortable environment. Dormitories have monitoring devices to ensure the safety of individuals. Overall, Lankaran State University is committed to enhancing the health and well-being of its staff and students, while providing a supportive and conducive environment for them.
